Susan Manos is the Director of Learning & Development for Corporate Quality Assurance at Procter & Gamble and has more than 10 years of experience in building and sustaining a global learning program for Quality Assurance employees and their colleagues at P&G. She has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University. She has also earned the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) credential from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).Susan’s current L&D interests are all about providing opportunities for learning without a huge time commitment, oftentimes leading her right down the rabbit hole!
