The need for scientific knowledge, education, and critical thinking is growing

OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH UNIVERSITIES and their idiosyncrasies – the ideal of education and self-development and the scientific worldview – begins in our youth. Universities are increasingly co-operating with high schools and vocational schools, so that more young people can discover universities and become familiar with the significance of scientific knowledge. By introducing science education to young people, they will become more familiar with knowledge based thinking. Learning to think critically and understanding the scientific method is important also for those who do not go to university.
