As I had mentioned in my previous eBook, What Is Gamification And How Can It Enhance Corporate Training?, the buzz on Gamification for corporate training began nearly six years ago when it first appeared in Google Trends in Sep’10.While there are clear benefits that Gamification offers, corporates have not been fully convinced on its viability and impact. However, the last six years have seen acceptability of Gamification concepts for serious learning go up.In spite of the inroads that Gamification has made to address several training needs, its usage in Compliance training has been fairly limited.
