Elmira College
Elmira College is a higher education institution that was founded in Elmira, New York by Simeon Benjamin in the year 1855. Prevalent on the beautiful campus are perfectly manicured lawns, the college colors purple and gold, the college shape the octagon, and the college flower the iris. You will also find the Mark Twain Study, Cowles Hall, Tompkins Hall, and many intricate bronze statues donated by alumni classes dedicated to publicizing the history of the college.
