Blended learning is a common buzz phrase in L&D, and it’s one that deserves attention. Using a blended learning approach means providing course content in a variety of formats – including videos, games, virtual reality (VR) activities, basic documents, and eLearning courses! You may mix and match many delivery formats in order to create a learning environment that is engaging and cost-effective. Blended learning courses often include classroom or virtual classroom training experiences. But other content is used to augment and enhance the classroom. You may even deliver the same course content in multiple delivery formats so learners can choose how they want to learn.
