A Closer Look at ELI 15 Key Issues of Teaching and Learning 2019

Each year, the EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative surveys the higher education community to determine key issues and opportunities in postsecondary teaching and learning. For 2019, more than 1400 community members voted and identified 15 issues that serve as “frameworks or focal points for discussion and programming throughout the coming year.”

Since its foundation, ICEMD has been a reference for training in the most advanced disciplines of new marketing: Relationship Marketing, Direct and Digital Communication, Electronic Commerce and Customer Contact Center. The Institute was founded in 1995, with ESIC and ADIGITAL as co-founders, and was a pioneer in developing the first digital marketing and e-commerce programs in our country. It is also at ICEMD that new forms of teaching were forged, such as the use of virtual classrooms or the large-scale launch of e-learning in the disciplines of new marketing.
