On June 2nd, Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. (Zayo), announced the acquisition of Education Networks of America (ENA), a prominent solutions provider for K-12 school districts specializing in cybersecurity, network connectivity, and communications. ENA serves schools that specialize in E-Rate, a federally-funded program.
Zayo has served K-12 consumers for over six years and today powers school districts across states, including Texas, Oregon, California, Washington, Georgia, Arizona, Colorado, and Washington. The acquisition will empower both ENA and Zayo to offer cutting-edge managed services and an excellent customer experience to consumers in the library, education, community healthcare, and public sectors.
