Schools taking steps to provide tech support for digital learning devices

Thousands of Mid-South students will learn 100% online this upcoming school year. And that means there’s bound to be a tech issues or two. So now, schools are taking steps to keep their students plugged in. Throughout the summer, school districts have been distributing devices to students choosing to learn in an all-virtual manner but many are worried about what happens if that device all of a sudden just stops. Germantown Municipal Schools says it will have a tech support team to help out with any issues
