Powering the new inclusive classroom
Hundreds of U.S. school districts have established virtual schools in the 2021 academic year alone. Online schools in Minnesota have doubled in the last year. In Atlanta, the newly created Fulton Academy of Virtual Excellence will enroll about 1,000 students this fall. And in Anchorage, about 2,000 students are expected to attend the school district’s year-old virtual school.2
